Oakridge Homes would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for choosing us to build your new home. We are committed to delivering your home to you on the closing date in a defect-free condition. If you discover material or workmanship defects during the one-year warranty period, we will arrange to have the defects remedied at no cost to you. If there are problems with your home as a result of ordinary wear and tear, or the actions of the occupants of the home or other parties, we will not be responsible for remedying such problems.

Homes will last for many years if the homeowners commit to the ongoing maintenance and care of their home. Our commitment is to assist you in prolonging the life and maximizing the enjoyment of your home. To that end, we are providing useful homeowner information under the Maintenance Guide section specifically tailored to address key categories of home maintenance.
